Bolita Beans are heirloom beans that are small, round and have either a tan or pink color. In regard to flavor, they are creamy and have earthy, nutty, rich, and sweet elements. Bolita Beans tend to cook faster than Pinto Beans and go great in burritos, with chiles, or in soups and/or stews. Our Bolita Beans are sold in a 1 lb. bag.
