Atole, roasted green corn flour, fine grind, 100% whole grain, Non-GMO. Atole is a traditional hot corn- and masa-based beverage. Chocolate atole is known as champurrado. Roasted atole enhances the flavor, pregelatinizes it, and increases the shelf life. Atole can be used in place of regular cornmeal or flour. Sold in a 12 oz. bag.
